We reserve the right to change the shipping methods for the benefit of the “service area” cost. This includes the use of USPS Flat Rate Boxes. We cannot promise a specific delivery time, as this is out of our control for any of the shipping methods that are chosen.
Orders processed on a Friday after 10 am through Saturday, Sunday and Monday by 6 am will be processed and shipped out that Monday or the following day. Orders processed after 7am, Monday through Thursday will be shipped out each day or the next as applicable.
If there are any changes in your shipping order, then you will receive a call or an email from us regarding your order. {we do not ship on the weekends or any Major Holidays.}

USPS “Western” States = 3 – 5 days approximately
USPS “Central & Eastern” States = 5 – 10 days approximately
USPS Express = view options under FEDEX Express for cost difference

Physical addresses are required to ship with FEDEX & UPS; no P.O. Boxes
FEDEX & UPS: “Western” States = 1 – 3 business days
“Central” States = 4 – 5 business days
“Eastern” States = 6 – 8 business days
Note: FEDEX – Residential – “Home deliverys” are delivered at residence on Tuesday thru Saturday.
FEDEX & UPS pickups: Business days are calculated the day after the pickup day and DO NOT include weekends or Major Holidays. Also, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas.
EXPRESS shipments must be completed by 7am, M – F in order to be shipped out that same day. {there is a time frame for “carriers” to pickup shipments}

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Orders:
Postal Priority Mail is preferred. We reserve the right to ship in a Postal Flat Rate box size if products fit. Please call for a rate quote if want to ship via Fedex or UPS, for cost difference.
Canadian Orders:
We reserve the right to ship Canada orders by USPS (Postal Service). We will select the shipping method that offers you the best savings. If choose to ship with FEDEX OR UPS, you are responsible for any brokerage fees with “GROUND” service on FEDEX & UPS. Any Customs fees and/or duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver and are “not” added to our shipping costs. Please call us for a quote; as we also offer FEDEX AIR Express, that may not charge “brokerage fees” depending on service area.
Overseas International:
Most International orders ship by US Postal Priority Mail Service {USPS}. You will be notified by email once your order is shipped. FEDEX International is another option, if total package weight is over 15 pounds to benefit a discount rate, otherwise the cost maybe comparable to USPS, depending on the Country.
Military addresses with the "APO/AE" OR "FPO": need to choose the regular "USPS" ship method for U.S. and not International, as they are considered a
United States address.
In addition, customers are responsible for any brokerage fees with UPS and FEDEX. Any Customs fees and/or duty taxes are the sole responsibility of the receiver and are “not” added to our shipping costs. Please call us for a quote; as we also offer FEDEX AIR Express, that may not charge “brokerage fees” depending on service area.
NOTE:
We do not guarantee delivery dates on any postal shipments. Delivery is based on the estimated delivery timeframe posted on USPS.com web site or the UPS & FEDEX website. On average, it takes 7-14 days to receive international postal shipments. However, delivery can take up to 30 days in some instances.
Please check with your Customs or Ministry of Health to find out if you will be able to receive our products. Certain Countries will not allow Medicinal or Herbal products.
If you have a FEDEX in your area or can contact 1-800-247-4747 (FEDEX International), they will be able to inform you of what products “will not” be allowed in your Country. Otherwise, we will do our best to assist you via email.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE:
E-mail notification is sent to customers providing a valid email address. This service allows you to track your package from the USPS.com, UPS.com, FEDEX.com web site. Please wait at least (1) day after your package has been shipped in order to start tracking.
Shipments outside the US and Canada will be sent a postal tracking number.
